BATS has begun the waive-in process for Members of BATS Exchange to become Members of BATS Options.
Current BATS Exchange Members: Please fill out the appropriate forms below and send them to BATS Membership Services.
- BATS Options Membership Application & Agreements - contract between BATS and Members.
- BATS Options Market Maker Application - this is not required for membership to BATS Options. It is only for companies acting as Market Makers.
