BATS will disseminate three, daily reports containing corporate action information for issues listed on the BATS BZX Exchange. All reports will be made available at approximately 5:30 p.m. ET. The reports are published in pipe-delimited (|") text format.

BATS also provides an Issues Pending Suspension or Delisting Report in a print-friendly format.

Report Overview

Daily Listed Securities Report

The BATS Daily Listed Securities Report contains a list of each issue listed on the BATS BZX Exchange.

Daily Distributions Report

The BATS Daily Distributions Report contains corporate actions categorized as distributions as they are confirmed by BATS Listings and the listed product. Distributions will appear on this report from the day they are announced until the day the distribution has completed. Examples of corporate actions that are published in this report are new dividends and stock splits.

Daily Corporate Actions Report

The BATS Daily Corporate Actions Report contains all corporate actions that are not published in the Daily Distributions Report as they are confirmed by BATS Listings and the listed product. Corporate actions will appear on this report from the day they are announced until the effective date. Examples of corporate actions that are published in this report include new listings, de-listings and name changes.

Issues Pending Suspension or Delisting Report

The Issues Pending Suspension or Delisting Report provides a status update of BATS Exchange issues that are pending suspension or delisting.

Accessing Reports

BATS offers three ways to receive these daily reports.

1. Download from our website – Click the name below of the report you wish to access.
   • Daily Listed Securities Report
   • Daily Distributions Report
   • Daily Corporate Actions Report
   • Issues Pending Suspension or Delisting
2. FTP server – Go to ftp://ftp.batstrading.com. Under the "bzx-equities" folder, you will find access to the three reports.

   Login Credentials

   • Username: anonymous
   • Password: leave blank
3. Sign up for email alerts – To receive one of the three daily reports, email tradedesk@batstrading.com with the company, names and email addresses for those wishing to receive the reports, along with the reports you would like to receive, and we will add you to our distribution list.
