Apply to List on BATS
Complete the appropriate application and related items listed below and submit them to the Listing Qualifications Department via email or overnight courier.

- Listing Application and Related Forms for Exchange Traded Products Transferring to BATS

Receive Approval to List on BATS
Once your application items have been submitted, the Listing Qualifications Department will review them and issue a listing authorization letter.
The Listing Qualifications Department monitors all listed securities to ensure compliance with continued listing requirements. Please note that securities that meet BATS listing criteria are not automatically approved for listing. The approval of a given company is at the sole discretion of BATS.
